Fred Blessinger

Quality Manager, Kokomo Semiconductors

Fred was named Quality Manager for Kokomo Semiconductor Operations in November 2009. Fred began his career as a current product engineer for ignition systems in 1986 and has held various engineering and operations roles in his career. Prior to his current assignment, Fred worked as the Six Sigma and Shainin® expert for the Kokomo site. Fred is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt as well as a Shainin® Journeyman. Fred graduated with honors from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Mary Duncan

Engineering Manager, Kokomo Semiconductors

Mary was named Semiconductor Engineering Manager of IC Fabrication in 2010. She has been involved with semiconductor integrated circuit manufacturing and development since 1983. Mary has held a number of engineering leadership positions in IC Fabrication, Probe and IC Packaging. Mary holds a BS from Purdue University in Chemical Engineering.

Alan Harvath

Engineering Group Manager, Device Engineering Group

In 1998, Alan was named EGM of the Device Engineering Group, comprised of process integration, yield analysis, parametric test, and current product engineering. He has been involved with semiconductor integrated circuit manufacturing and development since 1983, holding various technical leadership positions in IC development, IC current product engineering, IC program management, and semiconductor manufacturing engineering. Alan holds a B.S. and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Illinois.

Michael Meleason

Engineering Group Manager, Manufacturing Planning/Manufacturing Task Team Leader

In 2009, Michael was named EGM of the Manufacturing Planning Group as well as being designated the Manufacturing Task Team Leader.  The Manufacturing Planning group consists of implementing current schedules, forecasting volumes, equipment forecasting, and production costing. As the Manufacturing Task Team Leader, Michael provides technical leadership and guidance to Kokomo Semiconductors’ process engineering groups. He has been involved with semiconductor integrated circuit manufacturing and development since 1982, holding various technical leadership positions in IC Advanced Development, IC Operations, and IC Manufacturing Engineering. Michael graduated Summa Cum Lauda with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Brian King

Business Development Manager, GMCH Kokomo Operations

Brian was named Business Development Manager for General Motors Components Holdings’ Kokomo Operations in 2010. Prior to this role, he was the Kokomo Semiconductors Engineering Manager. He has held a number of engineering leadership positions in various capacities in the semiconductor organization since 1990. He holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
